Introduction to HDPE Power Cable Conduit
The power cable protection pipe is a new type of plastic pipe made with a special formula and processing technology. It features high strength, excellent stability, easy cable threading, simple construction, and cost savings. As a trenchless construction product, it meets the development requirements of modern cities and is suitable for burial depths ranging from 2 to 18 meters. HDPE power cable conduit is installed using trenchless technology, ensuring the reliability of the pipeline network, reducing the failure rate, and significantly improving the urban appearance and environment.
Performance of HDPE Power Cable Conduit
It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and good resistance to external pressure, making it suitable for high-voltage power cable ducts of 10KV and above. HDPE non-excavation pipes are widely used in urban power cable and building water supply and drainage installation fields.
HDPE non-excavation pipes do not require excavation for installation. The pipe material is thermally welded with flexible joints, and the welded joints have high strength, allowing for high-tension pulling of long pipes. It has good toughness and excellent resistance to ground settlement and earthquakes. Commonly used pipe materials are divided into standard type and reinforced type. The standard type is suitable for excavation installation and non-excavation crossing installation with a burial depth of less than 4 meters; the reinforced type is used for non-excavation crossing installation with a burial depth of more than 4 meters.

Construction Notes for HDPE Power Cable Conduit
During transportation and construction, the pipe material must not be thrown, hit, scratched, or exposed to direct sunlight.
When thermally fusing, the axes of the two pipes must be aligned, and the end faces must be cut vertically and flat.
The processing temperature, time, and pressure should be adjusted according to the weather conditions.
