MPP power pipe

MPP uses modified polypropylene as its main raw material. It does not require extensive excavation, soil removal or damage to the road surface. It can be used for laying pipes, cables and other facilities in special areas such as roads, railways, buildings, riverbeds and so on. Compared with the traditional "excavation and pipe burial method", non-digging power pipe engineering is more in line with current environmental protection requirements. It eliminates the disturbing factors such as dust flying and traffic congestion caused by traditional construction. This technology can also lay pipelines in some areas where excavation operations cannot be carried out, such as historical sites protection areas, busy urban areas, crop and farmland protection areas, highways, rivers, etc. The common pipe specifications are diameters ranging from 110mm to 250mm. They are divided into ordinary type and reinforced type. The ordinary type is suitable for excavation laying construction and non-digging crossing construction with a burial depth of less than 4M; the reinforced type is suitable for non-digging crossing construction.

PRODUCT DETAILS

1. The MPP pipe has excellent electrical insulation properties.
2. The MPP pipe has a high heat deformation temperature and low-temperature impact resistance.
3. The tensile and compressive strength of the MPP pipe is higher than that of HDPE.
4. The MPP pipe is lightweight, smooth, has low friction resistance, and can be heat-melt welded for connection.
5. The long-term operating temperature of the MPP pipe is -5 to 70 degrees Celsius.
6. Construction instructions:
l During transportation and construction, the pipe materials must not be thrown, hit, scratched, or exposed to the sun.
l During hot-melt connection, the two pipe axes must be aligned, and the end faces must be cut perpendicular and flat.
l The processing temperature, time, pressure should be adjusted according to the climate conditions.
l The minimum bending radius of the pipe material should be ≥ 75 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
